Hawker Shops Redevelopment

I want to hear your thoughts on the proposal to redevelop a large portion of the Hawker Shops, including building a new, full-range Woolworths supermarket.

If you haven’t already seen what Woolworths are proposing, you can access the plans here and in more detail here.

Woolworths have already collected some community input on this proposal (see here), but I have heard from many local residents that they were not included.

In addition, as your local member, I want to hear from you directly so that I can represent you fairly. Thank you for completing this survey!

I will also let you know when/if a development application is lodged so that you can have a look and make a formal submission if you wish.
