Repair Café at Ginninderry
I believe strongly in thrift and wise management of resources. I love op-shops, and if something breaks and can be fixed, then I believe in fixing it. Sadly, many of us have forgotten that we can repair things, or we lack the necessary skills. Repair cafés exist to address this lack of knowledge.
Three Sundays ago, I attended the first gathering of the Repair Café at Ginninderry. It was inspiring! In the Assembly today, I publicly thanked Monica, Paris, and everyone else involved in this initiative. I wish them all the best!
